Privacy
EventAtlas stores the details it needs to remember a saved event and to count which ticket links people open.
Account
Sign-in is handled by Clerk. If you create an account, EventAtlas stores the account id Clerk gives us, and the email and name Clerk shares, so saved events can stay attached to you.
Saved events without an account
A save made before you sign in is kept in a cookie named ea_saves on this browser. It holds event ids. Clearing site data removes it.
Ticket clicks
Opening Tickets records the event, the page you came from, and the time. Those counts are how the proof page is built. The record does not include a payment card, because payment happens on the seller’s site.
Headout, Platinumlist, and Ticketmaster then receive the visit under their own policies. A Headout link includes this site’s address as the traffic source so the visit can be attributed.
Reminders and reports
Email reminders are off unless that feature is switched on. If you ask for one, the address you type is stored for that event. A report on an event page stores the note you submit with that event.
What we do not do
EventAtlas does not sell personal information. Listings themselves are public event facts: title, date, place, price, and the seller’s image when the seller provided one.
To ask about the data on an account, use the email on that account and the report control on any event page. Say which event or which saved list you mean.
